SPOTAKER collects only information needed to provide and support reel-making services, including account, booking, contact, location and payment-status information. Payment credentials are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by SPOTAKER. We use booking information to schedule services, communicate status updates, prevent fraud and provide support. We do not sell customer personal information. Access to booking information is restricted according to role. Customers may contact SPOTAKER for privacy or account questions.
