Service Delivery Policy

SPOTAKER is a service and digital-delivery business; no physical shipping is normally involved. After capture, the reel moves through Editing, Payment and Reel Submitted stages. The customer tracker shows the current booking stage. Final digital delivery occurs after applicable payment is successfully verified. Delivery timing depends on the selected package, footage, requested scope and operational conditions.
